California is the perfect place for the beach wedding. Sunset Restaurant in Malibu was the location, a gorgeous warm day in April, and the a fabulous duo of Kathy and Susan at Bella Weddings and Events made for a romantic, chic, wedding any local “California girl” would love!
I designed the cake to be beautifully understated. The variance in shape and height of the cake keeps it interesting with minimal piping or décor needed. What I really loved about this cake is the moss cake base that was designed by Hidden Garden.
Keep in mind that sometimes less in your cake decoration is better.
