Just imagine three days of vintage treasure hunting and digging through stunning antiques, salvage vintage, and re-purposed and artisanal pieces.
And who else was in the house among the 140+ vendors?...Etsy, a team from Chalk Paint purveyor Annie Sloan Unfolded, Tim Luke, star of HGTV's "Cash in the Attic," and of course, the phenomenal Junk Bonanza team led by Ki Nassauer!
Up with the sunrise and other Early Bird ticket holders, the anticipation is always crazy. Happy people, coffee and donuts, bags and baskets waiting to be filled with day's treasures.
The calm before the storm...felt like the night before Christmas!
And the gates are open!

As we all know I'm a little balloon obsessed and what I stumbled upon yesterday is just fuel for the fire.
OMG. These are seriously more than adorable. Super-duper cute. Who would not be over the moon to get a happy confetti or feather-filled Bonjour Balloon at their doorstep?!?! Love.

Nothing gets me more excited than a new way to wear your monogram. And being type and font obsessed, this is a match made in heaven...letterpress pendants!
These pendants were actually salvaged from the New York Center for Book Arts and have been cast, plated and hung to create the most beautiful and unexpected pendants.
I adore all of Erica Weiner's designs and originally stumbled upon her creations at one of my favorite neighborhood shops, Patina. Visiting her storefront in NYC is definitely on my to-do-list next time I'm in the Big Apple.

So attention all brides and sentimental ballad lovers, I am loving "Overjoyed". With it's raw indie-influenced sound, it is sure to be an immediate fan favorite and playing on wedding reception dance floors before you know it.
And I love the video. Sigh. Swoon. It takes me back. Great storytelling...that makes the song even sweeter.

Woodland creatures are definitely showing up everywhere this fall but it seems the fox may be the IT critter of furry friends this season.
American designer Tory Burch has fully embraced Mr. Fox as the sly little trickster dots everything from shoes to accessories to sweaters. Her velvet fox slippers had me at the grosgrain ribbon on the fox's ear ...I couldn't wait to get my hands on these!
