Hello all,
This is my first time on this particular site. I am very nervous about the wedding and overwhelmed as well. I am because when i think about how much money this wedding is going to cost me it very expensive. Especially when it come to the reception. I set a guest list of 200 people but right now i have nearly 400 people. so yesterday i went through the list and started cutting people left and right. i got it down to 297. i wish that i could cut it some more but that would mean that i would be cutting into my family. I have a family who is close knitted which means that they are always there for you and they try to help you in anyway possible. so for me to cut them out it wouldn't be right because they have done so many things for you. after cutting down the wedding party my mother ask me who i cut out. she seem very disappointed but you what you can't invite eveyone. you would love for them to be there but you are not financially able to support all of them. especially in this reccession.
does anyone have any ideas on a good way to keep the reception list down. to 200 people instead of 297. Also i am looking for inexpensive honeymoon packages. Please keep in mind that i live in the Bahamas.

Well lets see what i can say about myself. I am orginally from the Bahamas but i live in Atlanta. I am moving back home Next Year. My Husband to be proposed to me 5 months after we started dating. It became official when he placed the ring on my finger in April of this year. We are going to have our Wedding in Freeport, Grand Bahama Bahamas. The wedding date is set for October 04,2009. It is going to be a beautiful fall wedding.
