I'm so excited that my save the dates magnets are here!!! They are totally fun, ecentric...just like me and the FH! I thought these were the perfect way to set the theme of the wedding!!!!

So I'm up at 12 midnight trying to sleep and I can't. This is the second time that my future hubby has been away since we've moved in together. He's in Austin visiting the University of Texas for the MBA program...and I miss him dearly!
So while tossing and turning...I started to think of what we're going to name our two signature cocktails for the reception. One will be an Apple Martini and the other a Chocolate Martini...(wedding colors). Any ideas ladies???
Also, does anyone know how much Vodka I will need for these martini's for 120 guests. We will have red and white wine, and of course champagne.

Hey everyone,
This is my first official post...although I've been reading for months...
So I received my contract from my caterer...everything was looking good until I noticed his addition of 456.00 to be included on his liqour liabilty insurance. Now I knew I needed insurance for my reception because I'm only renting the space (beautiful open hall near the water....yay)....but I didn't think it was going to cost so much.
Well after receiving my quotes for event insurance for a 1,000,000 dollar policy, I was able to breath. The amount only came to 175.00 for the event..the liqour liability was included....whew!!
Now time to re-do the contract with my lovely caterer :-)
