So in order to plan my wedding effectively I've decided to kind of prioritize what I need to focus on first. Since we are getting married in Hawaii, I thought it'd be nice to be in beach wear, so right after the I Do's we can go get in the warm water and just have a good time as husband and wife. I want to look perfect for my groom, and although he tells me all the time how perfect he thinks I am, we as women always can see our flaws clear as day. So although, im fairly slim, I still have a little pudge of a belly and I HATE IT! I WANT IT GONE NOW!! I started to look for some weight loss secrets and found one especially for women that are about to be married. I cant wait to have my beach body back, and if it works for brides under stress and in such a short amount of time, I think I might keep using it after the wedding, to keep that beach body. I will be relocating to the West coast after all and there are beaches everywhere! Oh yes this is something that I will keep and treasure forever!
I'm a fan of fancy things, and for my wedding I would love to have all the fancy things in the world, (who wouldnt!). BUT, I cant. I need to find a way to get what I want, and budget effectively. In order to do so, I've found a few different things that may help me to budget. Starting from the type of dress i want, how much it will cost, the rings, the flowers, etc. whew! I'm getting overwhelmed just thinking about all the stuf I need to do and buy for this day...or in my case, these two days! At the worst, I'll find out realistically that I cant have all i want, yet still get what i need. Thats a whole hell of a lot better than just buying everything, then having my reception at some sweaty, greasy fast food joint in my big beautiful wedding dress. So in an effort to not start of married life broke as hell, i've decided to invest in this! Some help to budget and keep track of my wedding expenses. I hope this helps some of you! Enjoy
Ok, while up late last night I was looking on some sites and saw something about a bridal shower. I know I've heard of this before but for the life of me I cannot think of what one is. What do you do there? Is it like a baby shower or a bachelorette party? Do the guest give me presents? etc etc. So I looked around and found something that says you play games and have all kinds of fun, gifts are optional according to what the bride wants. I thought, Hey! this must be fun! Now in no way am I greedy, BUT, weddings are expensive, and every little contribution helps. I wouldn't have known what to do for the shower, knowing me, I would've just had some food and a few friends over, and talked about how excited I am to be marrying the man of my dreams. Now I can plan and get the best bridal shower ever. I want to be creative, so that my friends and families remember, and hopefully for all the single ladies, or engaged, it will give them some ideas. I cant wait to have this shower now, thanx to just glancing over a few things. I'll keep everyone updated on how it goes!

My now Fiance and I have been dating on and off for the past 5 years. Everything has been great. The off times were sacrafices that needed to be made in order for us to be as happy as we are today. In our off time, he decided what would be best for his future as a husband and father would be to join the military. The perks of being in the military are pretty good, and knowing that he did this for us amazes me. So now he's stationed on the west coast, and Im still in the south. We get to see each other about every 6 weeks or so, and that time moves sooooo sloooow. We missed each other like crazy and 6 weeks just seemed too long of a wait time, and we only got to see each other for a few days. It just wasnt enough. Then one day we decided to get married sooner than later. We always knew we would marry, only we were thinking down the road a few years. Being apart so much drives both of us crazy and the thought of going another few years and only seeing each other for a few days every 6 weeks or so was not appealing to either one of us. We both want a big wedding that our families and friends can come witness, but for no we will just have a small private wedding. The perks of this is I get to move to where he is!! I couldnt be more thrilled. So we're getting married in 4 months! Im not so stressed yet because its a few months away and its a small wedding, but thinking about the big one is making me itch already. I watch wedding shows and look at wedding stuff online, and actually find alot of useful info or cool ideas for stuff, so im thinking i've got this one in the bag! I know, I know. Most will say im crazy if I think its simple. I dont at all, but, I do think with a little help and prep work, it'll run more smoothly than it would otherwise. Im going to be finding as much stuff online as i can to help, or provide ideas for, and when i do, I will most definitely share the wealth! I look forward to planning this wedding, and im going to need alot of support from fellow brides to keep me sane and with a full head of hair! Well Im off to start searching, wish me luck!! I'll be back with all the cool stuff I find.
